Cheesy Potatoes


You'll Need:
  • 8 Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion (chopped fine)
  • 2 Cups of Velvetta Cheese (diced)
  • 1 Jar of Hormel Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 a jar of Hellmann's Mayonnaise (make sure it's Hellmann's or it won't set up)
What to do:
  1. Cook potatoes with peeling until tender. Slice 2-3 potatoes in a bowl (you can either leave some of the peeling on or can cut it off).
  2. Add a little cheese and onions, continue this until onions and cheese are gone.
  3. Stir in Hellmann's Mayonnaise until texture is thick
  4. Take half of the mixture put in a Aluminum foil pan (13in. x 9in.) spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle Bacon Bits over the mixture then take the remaining mixture and put on top of the bottom layer, spread evenly across bottom layer. Then apply more bacon bits on the top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes and then serve afterward.
